Main Applications:

It is used for the printing of various of decorated roll materials, especially suitable for printing grainy facing such as floor, fireproof board, furniture etc. Using water based ink or oil based ink will both achieve a satisfying printing effect. Its also suitable for the printing of roll materials like Polyster paper, transfer printing paper, PVC, aluminum foil etc., which is now a perfect multifunctional mechanism for printing decorated roll materials.

Main Characteristics:

1.The first ,fifth and sixth color have the function of paper coating. Printing and paper coating are accomplished together, multifunction can be combined freely so that the adaptability is extensive.

2.Different drying paths are available when do single printing or printing incorporate with paper coating.

3.Double-station unwinding and single-station winding, when coating paper, one shaft of the unwinding seat can be used to unwind, another to wind.

4.Mitsubishi tension controller of Japan automatically controls Unwinding tension. 5.Lengthened horizontal top oven guarantees the dryness of coat when undergo fast paper coating.
