Main Applications:

Its suitable for the printing of wood grain of floor, fireproof board, furniture etc. Using water based ink or oil based ink will both achieve a satisfying effect. Its also suitable for the printing of roll materials like Polyster paper, transfer printing paper, PVC, aluminum foil etc. It is a multifunctional rotogravure printing mechanism, which is now deeply welcomed by massed of users.

 

Main Characteristics:

1.The first and fourth color groups have the function of paper coating, and can also do synchronous printing.

2. Double work-location Winding/Unwinding structure allows Replacing/Receiving the material without stopping the machine.

3. Mitsubishi tension controller of Japan automatically controls Unwinding tension.

4. The number of colors and length of ovens are determined according to the actual requirements of users.

5. Unique oven design, double-sided heat preservation, excess heat is recycled by 30%, and temperature is controlled automatically.

6. The drying system accommodates various of heating sources, such as electricity, diathermanous oil, steam, LPG etc., from which users can choose at will.

7. Super shaftless gravure cylinder clamping device makes high-speed movement more balanced and reliable.

8. Super pneumatic type printing pressure is designed to be adjustable, and the doctor blade device is of unique, steady, double pneumatic type, both of which is more suitable for printing wood gain laminates.

9. Enhanced heavy-duty machine body made of high-intensity cast iron has been processed by artificial aging to avoid transformation.

10. Both main components and control parts of the entire machine adopt imported elements or well-known brands inland.
